Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Deep Creek Getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on Deep Creek 200mt along a lovely bush track to the beach. 15 min walk to cafes and shops. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
