The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Tiny House overlooking lake & farm! Your own enclosed yard for your pup, a 18 hole disc golf course AND we AN AMAZING BUBBLE SAUNA overlooking our wetland on the way to the lake & cold plunges. Ski it, bike it or beach it across the valley and come home for a swim in our private lake and a sunset sweat in our barrel sauna. Please note: Full washroom is in adjacent building under the ‘red light’. We have an EV charger. 15 min from Courtenay, 25 from Cumberland and 35 min from the mountain.

This space offers a family friendly space, with access to many trails and outdoor adventures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. At night the fairy lights make this an enchanted pathway to the large private deck facing into the forest. Persephone the goose and other farm birds waddle around, making the scene idyllic.
