El apartemento es una planta baja en una zona residencial muy exclusiva de sitges, gran piscina y piscina para niños. Desde el apartamento solo bajando las escaleras estas en la playa de la marina de aiguadolç. Hay restaurante en la playa y actividades para niños, surf , kayak HUTB 015567-14
