The area is also an ideal starting point for various hiking destinations in Zillertal.

Sie erreichen die Stoaberghüttn ganzjährig bequem per PKW pickerlfrei über den Tegernsee oder Lenggries. Im Winter sind Winterreifen und ggf. Schneeketten nötig.
