Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

It has over 130' of frontage on Silver Lake Channel, you can access Silver Lake and enjoy some fishing. It is surrounded by trails to the dunes and Lake Michigan. It has many shops, activities, dune rides, and Little Point Sable Lighthouse. After a day of Kayaking, walk across the street for ice cream and then relax on the deck with a locally made bottle of wine.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

You enter into the lower level with a nice family room with a great deck overlooking the backyard. Also a large bedroom and full bath at this level. The upper level is open, spacious. All wood floors, knotty pine ceilings and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The kitchen, master bedroom and full bath finish off this level.

Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up). Sleeping accommodations have been upgraded to 2 queen beds!
