We allow pets. 50 Dollar pet fee. Payment after arrival. This bungalow is located in the center of Waco, Texas. Walk to cafes, restaurants, brewery. Magnolia Market.1 mi., Baylor Stadium 0.5 mi., Cameron Zoo 1.5 mi. Less then 1 mi. to independent shops and more. We do not have a full size oven, a large toaster oven. We do have ring doorbell and security cameras on the outside . This is Elm st. neighborhood, up and coming district of Waco. The future of the front porch of Waco.

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
