The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). If you want to be within walking distance to a music venue, a grocery store, a coffee shop, and the delicious cheese fries at F&Ms patio bar, this is the spot. Modern and furnished with a nola flair, this apartment is the perfect home away from home for short-term stays. King bed in one room, and queen size bed in the second bedroom with 400 thread count sheets and a pull-out full size bed n the living room. a comfy couch and tvs with Rokus make hanging out fun in the comfortable living room. Bathroom has a great shower and white fluffy towels. Walk to: James Beard award winning Shaya Restaurant Rouses Market Port Orleans Brewery Cherry Espresso Bar Your own entrance means you can come and go as you wish. There is a kitchen and great wifi! I will let guests enjoy New Orleans on their own but if they need me I will be there in a second! The house is in Uptown New Orleans. It's within walking distance to a legendary music venue, grocery store, coffee shop, brewery, the delicious cheese fries at F&M's patio bar, and James Beard's award-winning Shaya restaurant beta We’ve put our heart and soul into making this a special space. Stylish Guesthouse in Historic Building near Audubon Park

The interior design and furnishing is modern, but accent walls and other features are constructed of original materials. The guest house has a full kitchen and includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods. The living room has a 55 inch TV and the bedroom has a 32 inch TV. The queen sized bed is a 12 inch memory foam mattress - very comfortable. The Guest House has central air and heat. The bathroom has a lovely glass tile shower. Ceiling height peaks at 13 feet. The Guest House is located in rear of the property. The neighborhood is very safe and the Guest House is particularly safe and secure. I live in the main house and will be available to assist with guest needs. The guesthouse is tucked away behind a gorgeous "shotgun" house and is located in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. An urban walker's paradise, it's steps from Magazine Street with its great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The Magazine Street bus is accessible steps from the Guest House. The St. Charles Street car line is a 10 minute walk down State Street. The neighborhood is quite walkable and bike friendly. Please take a look at my house manual. It has many tips for navigating the house and the neighborhood. There is plenty of free parking on the street but no off-street parking.

ACCURATELY list guests/pets when booking. If you do weed (even medical) or smoke/vape inside, we are NOT your place. Our beautiful log apt. is attached to our house but has its own separate entrance. It's close to airport, stores, LA History. Safe area,30 mins to French Quarter. We are best for non smokers, furry friends (dogs must be walked on leash) Filled with essentials. There is a covered carport over your front door (can smoke tobacco here only). We do work out of our home.
