The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.
