Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

This secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bath riverfront home is the perfect place to get away and relax while still being close to everything Sebastian has to offer. This open floor plan is decorated with Artwork painted by the original owner, Carol Wilson and gives a warm feel to her modern moonscapes. No cleaning fee & no pet fee! 1 studio style cottage guest house on a large, quiet property in Vero Beach. You'll have plenty of space to relax, roam with your pets, and even fish onsite. The property is gated and there is room for your boat or RV. There are many attractions around such as the Vero Beach Outlets, 4 miles west, and the beach, 7 miles east. A shopping mall and movie theater are just down the road along with groceries and all major restaurants. Come enjoy Vero Beach!

The Limpkin Cottage @ Blue Cypress Lake

Chill out among the cypress trees at The Limpkin cottage. Located in Middleton's Fish Camp on a canal connecting to Blue Cypress Lake, it’s an ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, birding, or just hanging out. See ospreys, herons, limpkins (of course!) and many more species. Bring your boat. Put in at the Middleton's Fish Camp ramp and dock right at the cottage. Fish for bass, catfish, speckled perch, and much more. Please be sure to read "Other Details to Note."

The transparent ceiling in the balcony and bathroom allows you to enjoy the beauty of the sky and stars of Sebastian in a relaxing and special atmosphere. Here, you can relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy the peace, inspiration, and good vibes that make this stay an unforgettable experience.

As well as wonderful biking and hiking trails near by Fishing right outside your door on the private lake.
