A cosy 2 bedroom family apartment in the heart of the old town on the banks of the river Lech. The uniqueness of the houses in our street, is their position between the old city wall and the river. It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. The house offers an insight into how the people of Füssen have lived over the centuries. Once a Lederhosenshop now a family home.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Die Ferienwohnung MEGA liegt fußläufig am Weissensee\Roßmoos in einem ruhigem Ortsteil von Füssen mit Sicht auf die Allgäuer Berge. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ca 99 qm groß. Der Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und Kaminofen lädt zum verweilen ein. Essbereich mit Einbauküche. 2 Schlafzimmer eins mit Boxspringbett das andere Doppelbett 140 cm , Kinderbett kann bei Bedarf zugestellt Eigener Garten von jedem Zimmer zugänglich. 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohn- / Esszimmer. Sie hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Toilette sowie eine separate Gäste-Toilette. Von dem großen Südbalkon hat man einen großartigen Blick auf die Berge. In nur 5 min ist man zur Fuß in der historischen Altstadt von Füssen oder in der Natur. 10 min Fahrt zum Schloss Neuschwanstein und den umliegenden Seen. Barrierefrei mit Aufzug. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Wie auch schon unser Appartment und unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich das neu renovierte Ferienappartment "Ludwig" im Herzen der Füssener Altstadt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere kleine Wanderungen starten (z.B. zur Burgruine oder zum Faulensee), ansonsten ist man natürlich auch schnell in den Bergen.
