Its part of a working farm and boat yard where camper numbers are kept low to maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the campsite. Its 3 miles from Lostwithiel which has all the local amenities you may need.

As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

PLEASE NOTE: The tent is set up for 2 people but can fit four, so is listed as four persons HOWEVER you will need extra beds/bedding for any additional guests.

Aurora StarView: Off-grid Luxury Glamping Tent

Aurora StarView is a pet-friendly, off-grid, private glamping tent with a queen bed and flip-out chair-bed for a third person. It is a 7-10 minute hike uphill from the main parking lot. We can help you with your luggage if you let us know in advance. Stargaze through the ceiling windows or close the roof curtain. Bedding, battery lanterns, towels provided. Coolers, ice packs, head lamps upon request. Open in summer and fall, with a tiny wood stove included during September.

Croyde’s bustling village can be reached in around 10 minutes via Moor Lane or a 15-minute walk along the beach.

We are located close to Swiss Valley ski resort, And the wedding/event venues Gable Hill and The Red Barns.
