Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. A private, street-level apartment in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. The area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Lovely jog to City Park, downtown is just a few min drive or a lovely 45 min walk. Museum of Natural History & Science, Denver Zoo, City Park Golf, just a few blocks away. Nat'l Western Complex is a 5 minute drive, Botanic Garden, Elitch Gardens couple miles away. 420 friendly, porch only. Tobacco is prohibited on my property!

Lovely backyard w/ Hot Tub! Walking distance to food & drinks, close to Levitt Pavilion (free live music!) & Denver University. Private basement studio apartment. Full kitchen, bath, laundry. King size bed along w/ a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine & beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

Walk to your pick of 3 dispensaries in 5 minutes or less.

Private, spacious, modern, can't beat the location! 1/2 block to Sloan's Lake Park, 2 blocks to "SloHi" (brewery, coffee shop, bagels, sports bar), 10-15 minute walk to Edgewater, Highlands Square, or Berkely / Tennyson St Cultural District. 7 min drive to downtown. Quiet & safe neighborhood. We are a family with young children, you will hear us upstairs during our morning & evening routines. Guests are welcomed to use back yard patio & amenities. Smoking is permitted outside including 420.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
