The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.
